Journalism Prize Entry Form

Journalists (or their editors) are each required to enter between four and six articles, which may be taken from different organisations. Fields marked with a red asterisk are compulsory. You must also email the disclaimer at the foot of the form to the Prize.

Please note: the Orwell Prize for Journalism is SELF-NOMINATING – journalists (or one of their editors) must enter their own work for the Prize using this form.

If you know of a journalist who should enter, please encourage them to do so or email the Prize.

After completing the form below, you should receive a ‘receipt of entry’ email within a few days. If you do not, please email the Prize.
