Authors or their publishers must send four physical copies of each entered book to the Prize (The Orwell Prize, 5/7 Vernon Yard, London W11 2DX) in addition to completing this entry form. Fields marked with a red asterisk are compulsory. You must also email the disclaimer at the foot of the form to the Prize.

Please note: the Orwell Prize for Books is SELF-NOMINATING – authors or a representative of their publisher must enter their own work for the Prize using this form.

If you know of a book which should be entered, please encourage the author/publisher to do so or email the Prize.

After completing the form below, you should receive a ‘receipt of entry’ email within a few days. If you do not, please email the Prize.
